SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover the Panel Bound Comics text message program (the "Program"), run by NguyenDistributorLLC, doing business as Panel Bound Comics ("we," "us").
Panel Bound Comics sends text messages from our toll-free number (833) 816-3527 (+1 833-816-3527), used for subscribers in the U.S. and Canada.
1. Joining
You join the Program by entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example in a sign-up form on our Site or at checkout. By joining, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from Panel Bound Comics at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. What we send
Messages about new releases, pre-orders, restocks, sales and promotions, cart reminders, and updates about your orders and account.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for charges. We don't charge for the Program.
4. Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to (833) 816-3527, to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOP ALL. To join again, sign up again or reply START.

Reply HELP to any message, or text HELP to (833) 816-3527, for help, or email JP@panelboundcomics.com.
6. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and isn't guaranteed. The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers. If your phone doesn't support MMS, you may get SMS instead.
7. Your number
Only sign up with a mobile number that belongs to you. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP from that number first so the new owner doesn't get our texts.
8. Age
You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to join.
9. Privacy
We use your number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
10. Changes and other terms
We may change these SMS Terms or end the Program at any time by posting an update here. Our Terms of Service, including the dispute resolution section, also apply to the Program.
