Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to every order from Panel Bound Comics (NguyenDistributorLLC, doing business as Panel Bound Comics). It works together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Processing time

In-stock books usually leave our facility within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on Sundays. Pre-orders ship when the publisher releases the book and it reaches us. Back-orders are ordered from our distributor after you buy; please allow 2 or more weeks.

U.S. shipping

  • Free USPS Media Mail on U.S. orders of $30 or more. Media Mail is USPS's slowest service and can take up to about 2 weeks, and tracking may not update until the package is out for delivery.
  • Paid options: faster services from UPS, FedEx and USPS (including USPS Priority Mail) may be available at checkout. Rates are calculated by weight at checkout.

International shipping

International orders ship with carriers such as DHL. Add items to your cart to see the carriers and rates available for your country. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may be charged on delivery, and you are responsible for paying them.

Orders with several release dates

For U.S. orders, each item ships as it becomes available. International orders ship only when every item in the order is in stock. If you want some books sooner, place them as a separate order.

Tracking and signatures

Every shipment includes tracking. Orders over $100 may require a signature on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates.

Lost, missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't get it, file a claim with the carrier first, then contact us with your order number. If you bought shipping protection at checkout, its claim terms apply. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, or tracking has shown no movement for 4 or more weeks, we may refund or replace the order at our discretion.
